RETURN POLICY

  • Returns are not possible for any made to order/custom piece. The materials for these items are ordered and paid for specifically for that order. No inventory is carried for these pieces so all MTO sales are final. Under special circumstances I will consider a MTO refund if it is requested via email within 24 hours of the purchase being made.

  • Items from the “Ready to Ship” section are eligible for returns with the return postage cost being the responsibility of the customer, as well as a 10% restocking fee.

LEAD TIMES

  • The average lead time for any made to order piece is between 3-6 weeks.

  • Lead times can be subject to change. Ratmuther Loot is managed entirely by one person & each piece is handmade by me. Sometimes, life gets messy or the production process doesn’t go entirely as planned. Sometimes orders of materials from suppliers get mixed up or delayed. For these reasons I just ask for patience and grace if possible. I’m trying my best to get your treasure to you in a timely manner.
